HIV Aids is having a devastating effect on Africa’s families. Many thousands of children have been left homeless because of parents having died of AIDS related diseases. In these cases, relatives such as grandparents do not have the resources to care for the children. 

In the slums of Nairobi Kenya thousand upon thousand of children born are not registered at birth therefore are not recognised as Kenyan Citizens, there is no help for these desperate people, Elshaddai Practical Ministries are supporting hundreds of destitute homeless orphaned children, who are being fed, clothed and cared for by the Pastors and volunteers of five projects.
