Elshaddai Practical Ministries, is working in the slums of Nairobi Kenya, our objective is to reach out a caring hand to the poor and destitute and neglected victims of poverty who have been abandoned by the Kenyan Authorities and left to ravage in the dumps of Nairobi for survival, heart rendering to see small children desperate for something to eat. Sanitation is non existent and the stench is beyond description.
